Employees can log into Benifete to see their usage history and current available vouchers, and even send "Friends and Family" vouchers.
When it comes time for employees to redeem their vouchers, Benifete provides the tools to manage the process. Use POS voucher codes or customisable online forms. For high-value benefits, you can require special authorisation.

Recipients can show their email or voucher code in-store to receive exclusive discounts or offers. As always, this feature is highly customisable to your business.

Provide voucher codes, require an ID or capture the information you need online at sale-time. Specify the Approvers you need according to the value of each voucher, and even let Approvers delegate their responsibilities to colleagues.
Benifete models your organisation to automatically allocate benefits to employees and permissions to managers.

You can make the org charts as simple or precise as you need. As employees, offices and retail locations are positioned in the model, Benifete automatically applies the correct permissions and responsibilites. Everything works, with the minimum administrative overhead.
