	Link your Human Resources Management System to Benifete to synchronise employee data, or create employees individually.
	Use Benifete to model your organisation structure and physical locations. Vouchers and management responsibilities are applied according to positions
	Create discount vouchers using flexible tools and assign them according to position in the organisation. Benefits can be rolled out fast, or updated on the fly
	Employees can log into Benifete to see their usage history and current available vouchers, and even send "Friends and Family" vouchers.
	When it comes time for employees to redeem their vouchers, Benifete provides the tools to manage the process. Use POS voucher codes or customisable online forms. For high-value benefits, you can require special authorisation.
	Managers log into their Benifete dashboard that shows voucher redemption figures. Auditors download detailed transaction logs to drill further down.


	Assignment		Friends and Family vouchers
	Vouchers can be statically assigned to employees or dynamically according to their position in your org chart. When an employee moves in the chart, either manually or synchronised with your Employee Management System, their available benefits are instantly recalculated and updated.		Our innovative "Friends and Family" feature promotes employee engagement and brand advocacy by allowing employees to easily e-mail special discounts to loved ones. Recipients can show their email or voucher code in-store to receive exclusive discounts or offers. As always, this feature is highly customisable to your business.


	Redemption		Organisation
	Customise the voucher redemption process according to your Point of Sale. Provide voucher codes, require an ID or capture the information you need online at sale-time. Specify the Approvers you need according to the value of each voucher, and even let Approvers delegate their responsibilities to colleagues.		Benifete models your organisation to automatically allocate benefits to employees and permissions to managers. You can make the org charts as simple or precise as you need. As employees, offices and retail locations are positioned in the model, Benifete automatically applies the correct permissions and responsibilites. Everything works, with the minimum administrative overhead.
